Updated Holiday Return Policy - Effective Until New Year

At Easter Ahn Design, we want you to feel confident and delighted with your purchase. While many of our pieces are custom-made and final sale, we are temporarily offering a special holiday return policy for select items to make your holiday shopping easier.

Holiday Return Policy Overview

Effective Dates: November 1 – December 31, 2024
  • Chains, Earrings, and Colored Stones Collection: Eligible for returns if unworn, unused, and in original condition.
  • Custom Orders & Made-to-Order Items: All custom and made-to-order items remain final sale. This includes engraved pieces, bespoke designs, and items made specifically for you.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Please read each product’s details carefully, as not all products are eligible for returns.
  • Currently, only chains, earrings, and the colored stones collection are eligible for returns.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, free from signs of wear or damage.
  • Items returned after the 14-day period will only be eligible for store credit.

Return Time Frame

  • Initiate a Return: Contact us within 5 days of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Ship Back Items: Ship the returned items within 14 days of delivery.

Restocking Fee

  • A 20% Restocking Fee may apply for returned items showing wear, damage, or signs of use.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.
  • USPS with insurance is recommended for returns to our P.O. Box. Tracking and insurance are highly recommended, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

International Orders

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.

Exchanges and Store Credit

  • Select pieces may only be eligible for exchange or store credit. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
  • If an exchange is requested, we’ll cover the shipping cost of the new item.

Repairs and Sizing Adjustments

  • For defective or damaged items, please return them within 7 days of receipt, and we will repair and ship them back to you within 10-14 days.
  • For repairs due to wear and tear or sizing, email us at info@EasterAhnDesign.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA).
