How It Works:
- Inquiry: For inquiries about our custom design services, kindly fill out the form below. Please ensure your accurate email address is provided.
- Heritage Custom Designs: For heritage custom designs, complete the questions below and reach out to us via email at: info@easterahndesign.com. Attach images of the jewelry pieces you wish to repurpose, along with sizes and stone quantities if available.
- Design Concept: Once our designer is in touch, your drawings, ideas, and inspirations will shape a design concept tailored to your vision.
- Quote and Approval: From sketches (if required) to the final design concept, we'll refine the idea and provide you with a quote. Upon approval, an invoice will initiate your order.
- Crafting and Quality: Subsequently, a 3-D computerized (CAD) model will offer comprehensive views of your piece. After your approval of the CAD model images and any requested design adjustments, we'll proceed to create your custom piece.
- Final Polish: The piece will undergo meticulous cleaning, polishing, and stone setting (if applicable), concluding with a final polish. Rigorous quality inspection ensures your piece meets our standards before it's elegantly packaged in our branded EAD packaging.
- Delivery: You'll be notified via email once your piece is ready for shipping.
Please note: Custom designs typically require 4-8 weeks for completion, with variations based on factors like communication, design complexity, labor, and any constraints you might have.
